Good sportsmanship, polite manners and a good disposition are mandatory at all practices and competitions. This includes athletes as well as parents.
Social media posts that are a poor representation of Rushmore Athletics may result in suspension or removal from the team. This includes any negative comments, photos, videos, etc.
Parents are not allowed to represent Rushmore Athletics under any circumstances concerning accommodations, competitions or other situations.
If an athlete leaves the team for any reason, his/her uniform belongs to Rushmore Athletics for the remainder of the season. It will be returned to him/her after the final competition of the season.
If an athlete leaves the team for any reason, additional fundraising money will not be returned to that athlete.
If an athlete leaves the team for any reason, all uniform, choreography, and competition charges will be paid by the athlete for the remainder of the year. Tuition will be paused on the 1st of the upcoming month.
If an issue arises at practice, please wait until the next morning to contact the coach unless you feel it is a legitimate safety concern. All concerns will need to be emailed to the gym with the coach’s name/concern in the subject line.
Missing practice two weeks prior to competition may result in suspension from that competition. Sickness or conflict discussed PRIOR to the two weeks will be considered.
Practices may be changed or added at any time during the season.
Attendance during the season is required. All absences need to be discussed with a coach prior to being gone. Habitual absences may result in removal from the team.
The coaches reserve the right to close practices at any time for any reason.
Anyone threatening to quit or to pull their child from a team will be dismissed from the program immediately.
Rushmore Athletics maintains the right to refuse services at any time.
